How our one-to-one coaches can help

Our scholars have identified a specific need they feel for employability coaches to support them to progress onto successful careers after graduation. We work with professionals from a range of sectors to offer employability coaching to all. Alongside traditional mentoring support, short-term pairings with our employability coaches can boost confidence and skills to prepare scholars for the process that leads into graduate employment

What’s on offer

Our coaches provide expert support for our scholars who are close to graduating and applying for jobs in: CV writing; handling disclosure; interview skills; confidence; self-presentation; job searching techniques; written/verbal communication skills; networking; career pathway advice; and building an online presence
